Kairo — Rules

General Conduct

Be respectful. Harassment, hate speech, threats, or abuse toward other users or staff will result in an immediate ban.
No cheating. Use of bots, scripts, exploits, or any form of automated play is strictly forbidden.
One account per person. Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions is prohibited.
Accurate information. You must provide truthful details during registration. Fake identities may lead to account suspension.
No fraud. Chargebacks, payment fraud, or any attempt to manipulate transactions will result in permanent account closure and legal action.

Deposits are final. Once a deposit is confirmed on the blockchain or payment processor, it cannot be reversed through Kairo.
Withdrawal verification. Large withdrawals may require identity verification before processing.
Minimums apply. Deposits must meet the minimum amount for the selected currency. Withdrawals must meet the minimum threshold displayed in your wallet.
Currency separation. Each fiat currency maintains its own independent wallet balance. Converting between currencies is not supported.
Points can be exchanged. Bonus points credited to your Points wallet can be used to exchange for USD in game balance.

Fair play only. All games use provably fair mechanisms. Attempting to reverse-engineer or tamper with game outcomes is prohibited.
Bet responsibly. Kairo is a betting platform. Never bet more than you are comfortable losing.
No collusion. Working with other users to manipulate game results or odds is not allowed.
Game availability. Kairo reserves the right to remove, modify, or temporarily disable any game without prior notice.

One welcome bonus per user. The 600% first-deposit bonus can only be claimed once per verified account.
Bonus abuse. Creating accounts solely to claim bonuses is forbidden and will result in forfeiture of all balances.
Terms may change. Kairo reserves the right to modify bonus terms, end promotions, or adjust wagering requirements at any time.
Minimum deposit. The welcome bonus requires a minimum deposit of 5 USD.

Protect your credentials. You are responsible for keeping your password and account details secure.
Report breaches. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.
Account sharing. Sharing your account with others is not permitted and may lead to suspension.
Inactive accounts. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to dormancy fees or closure.

Warnings. Minor violations may result in a warning and temporary feature restriction.
Suspension. Repeated or moderate violations can lead to account suspension.
Termination. Severe violations will result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
Appeals. Users may appeal enforcement decisions by contacting support within 5 working days.
Final say. Kairo staff have final authority in all rule enforcement decisions.
